Description:
Hard to explain this one. He didn't actually get around to scamming me because I caught him in multiple lies before that, but I believe it is my obligation to warn other users from him.
For the record: I have not advertised selling games for money at all, because I don't do it. I merely kept talking because I had a very strong feeling he was trying to scam me from the start. Since he did not even ask for my email, there was no risk of him sending me an unwanted payment.

He added me for Valve complete and here is a list of the warning signs:

1. He insisted that I should go first, despite me having sourceop rep and him having nothing
2. When I asked him for his IP to verify his location, he gave me russian proxy with a bullshit excuse ("I am using a public wifi)
3. When I called him out on the proxy, he gave me a dialup IP in russia, which later turned out to be false.
4. I traced his actual IP to Morroco while he claimed he was russian.
5. When asked what his paypal email was, he gave me an email he obviously has no access to. He could not tell me what I had sent to it, nor could he send me an email.
6. When asked to verify this was his paypal by sending me $0.01 from it, he refused
7. When asked to verify an arbitrary amount I would send to him to disprove my accusation of being a scammer, he refused

None of this is 100% proof that he would have scammed me, but it looks very much like an attempt to.
IMHO he at the very least this should be getting a caution tag, either way I feel like his IP and the rest of the report should be here, in case somebody actually gets scammed by him.
He claims the IP is not his so if he is honest, he should have nothing to worry about by me releasing it.
I obtained it using wireshark by the way.
