Hello, I recently received a Sr Caution tag for "Trading with a marked scammer with a private backpack for a ridiculously profitable deal." and i would like to appeal this.
When I was added by this person I checked to see if he was tagged which is what I always do before trading.
I checked him out on steamrep and he wasn't marked. I also just checked again and this person is still not marked. http://steamrep.com/search?q=http://steamcommunity.com/id/d4nnie

Second it states that it was for a "ridiculously profitable deal" I didnt think much of it because I was getting good offers that were above bp.tf prices http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12273484 as you can see NEURONIO made an offer around 42ish he later retracted and maybe if i had gotten a hold of him earlier he would have gone through with it. I figured it was just another guy who was hyped about the team captain.
At the moment of the trade I valued his offer at around 35ish i now value the offer at 39-40ish.

In the future I will take a little more time to check a persons history even if they are not marked when making trades like this. I trade a lot and the last thing I want to do is trade with scammers!

Please can you provide a screenshot of your trade history, this is proof that you did in fact trade for that deal

Nom, he was tagged and is appealing. He acknowledges that he traded with the person they said he traded with so probably not necessary to take up space with a screen of his trade since.

Ok so I took a screenshot of the trade with him for proof i traded with him http://i.imgur.com/hrPYZBh.png also i would like to point out that this was the first time I've ever had a scammer add me to try buy my hats. I should have done more checking and had known that this guy was a scammer I did not do enough research and should have known when he had a private profile not to trade with him again i apologize for my actions and hope you look over this case it is much appreciated .
