Description:

thesniper added my friend (matt) and wanted to "borrow" his unusual to sell it for a bud. He wanted to let his "wealthy friend" see it, who would then "buy" the hat. However, his friend wanted to remain "anonymous" and only wanted my friend to pass the unusual to him, which he would, in turn return a bud. I believe that this was meant to be a scam, as he did not want to produce any rep or anything.
