I'm the "payday guy", he blocked my friend then the trade.

Can you describe what exactly happened?

It seems both scammer are already trade banned by valve so an additional SR tag wont change much

Sorry for the late, I didn't revise this post and I didn't notice your post.

I "used" my friend as intermediary of the operation, so the guy scammed at us.

But, as Derelgamer has told, Steam has already done appropiate actions , although Steam did a permatradeban to my friend too :/
