I think that my most recent one was closed very unfairly, as I did not even get a chance to defend myself. I am not even sure that re-appealing is allowed in this situation, but please hear me out.

I do have a 'grasp' on what has happened and what is currently happening. It seems that I have not made clear that I personally did not do anything wrong. You may say that 9/10 people use the 'my brother did it' excuse, but probably only 1/10 of them are actually telling the truth, and the ones telling the truth shouldn't be punished for the lies of other people. I appreciate the 9 month probation, and I have taken it very seriously. I was not involved with any scam activity, and waited out the long 9 months, so I could finally re-appeal. I apologize for sounding rude in the second appeal, and I hope that it will not be too much of a serious problem.

The 9 month wait was very long, and it may not seem so for you guys, but denying an application so quickly really shuts people out, making them feel really bad. I have, very diligently, been checking my appeal thread every single day for replies. I know every appeal moderator is very busy, but the time I have taken to writing these appeals are very long, and it doesn't feel to good to see someone close it so abruptly. Sorry if I am sounding very selfish or rude.

In any case, I would like to thank you all for his experience, as it has really showed my brother an important lesson. He hasn't been able to get the unusuals he wanted with our paypal money due to the 'Scammer' tag (and I have not been able to either). This was a very important experience for him and an example for me or what not to do. Better for it to be not so serious than to do something and go to prison for it.

Butane and I have scrutinised every bit of information related to your case. I personally have looked over what evidence SOP has against you, there is a lot and it leaves no mistake. There has been no error in previous judgements. Your statements identifying a brother contradict the black and white evidence we have which says otherwise. Do not make another appeal, there is only one decision available and it has been made twice already.
