Hello, I'm here to appeal my scammer status. I'm marked as a scammer because I was a false middleman for trading a BMOC and impersonating an admin. This is my first and only scam I ever did, and the person who set the scam up is off my friends list and is blocked. I am contacting the person I scammed and trading him equal value of his items in key as a token of forgiveness. What I did was wrong, and if you do not accept this appeal I understand and I will face my consequences. Thanks for your time.

Friend requests, ignored twice by the appellant, twice by the victim. Will defer to evidence available to me.

Unfortunately a Fake middleman injection scam is very hard to overlook. Premeditated scam, orchestrated, clear intent to scam. I've made a number of appeal decisions where participation in this scam type is a clear indication of the 'inherent' scammer, thus posing way too high a risk to the community to lift the tag.

Whether or not you have acted on what you have said in restoring the victim is an irrelevant consideration but would be a pleasant surprise if you did.
