What happened? Description:

He had a trade on outpost (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17027856) and i offered. Made me go first on a Unusual/PayPal trade (settled for $620), did not send the money. He ignored me after trade was finished.​

Provide Evidence:

We settled on $620, and I went first due to his SteamRep being good and he had many good comments. Even though I took the precautions of questioning lots and saw the red flags, I went through with it. My fault, nevertheless this guy deserves a good scammer status from scamming 25 bud unusual.
