Description:
I went onto a trade server and typed "{{{BUYING}}} ANY CRAFT HAT/MISC: 1.22 EACH", and instantly got a trade from this guy. He claimed these halloween items were craftable multiple times, before he finally settled with the face that I wouldn't trade him.
