I recently bumped a Tf2 Outpost ad (This one right here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5733462)
When this guy added me, he claimed to have a buddy who was interested in my hat.
I asked my friend to search him up on Steamrep, he's a scammer.
I searched the link he sent me in Google, then I quickly discovered it was a phishing link.

He's been reported and marked many times on SR already, your best bet would be to contact Steam Support. They can ban his account and IP for this kind of thing, that'd help stop these attacks
