The scammer told the victim that if he gave him the bills hat and some stuff , He would give him an unusual ,After that the scammer block him and remove him
The scammer added me randomly asking for random things in my backpack "Thats what scammer's mostly do"

No , hemmo didnt take that picture , but raptor was my friend then i told him u are a scammer i will report u.
After that he readded hemmo ,started to be friendly . but he didnt gave him anything.
But the scam is obvious.

Could the victim also come to this thread and give a statement as well as show his Paypal history just verifying there wasn't a payment made? Thank you!

The victim is afraid of login through here, he don't trust anything after they guy scammed him.
He told me he would add you through steam, you add him please.
And he don't got paypal account
