Adds me on steam to buy my Unusual Tyrant's Helm. Offered $190 via paypal, and showed his SourceOp rep. He had plenty of rep and I went first. He never paid me. He changed his name to "JacksonOutkast". I Searched the hat's history and found a new owner. The kind gentleman sold me my hat at the price he bought it for, 1 bud. Later I discovered that an outpost trade showed that his account was hi-jacked and many people were being scammed.
