    Details:
This user has traded with a known marked scammer. The scammer in quesiton is http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198064671063?t=1342080367 (Notice the time, this was dated July 12th, way before Mr. Mr. Trululu had aquired the unusual, therefor any tades afterwards would be counted as trades with a marked scammer)

The unusual in question is http://www.tf2items.com/item/987455839, notice the date aquired, it was around the 22nd of July, however, this may be inacurate of the exact trade date, but that isn't important because the scammer tag was added June 10th, 2012 (http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198064671063?t=1339303815), and he had sold the unusual over a month later.

Furthermore, the already marked scammer on outpost is http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/85658, was banned over a month ago.

Did you consider the possibility... That Trululu was unaware that the guy was a scammer?

He could have, but the scammer he traded with was banned from outpost, and since he was marked on SR, some servers run a plugin which would ban people who are marked scammers on connect.

Considering he has 21+ bills hats, 3 buds, at least 75+ keys, 2 or three unusuals....

He should know how to check steamrep by now. In the past, caution\scammer tags have been given out to those who had traded with marked scammers, either knowingly or unknowingly. From what I've observed, a first offence can always be appealed.

This should be no exception, he clearly traded with a scammer after tags were applied.

This doesn't appear to be the first time that this individual has traded with scammers. However, I will give Mr. Trululu the opportunity to defend himself and prove that the hat was traded through legitimate means by providing a screenshot of his trade history.

Just a friendly heads-up, this was submitted over a year ago and no action has been taken.

Lol this is ridiculous, I understand more than anyone, that this is a busy site, but this is just absolutely ridiculous waiting two years for something that is a clear mark. The user in question has failed to defend himself and has been given two years to do so. Need I say more?

After talking to the accused, I decided to count it as his first offence, therefore, he receives a one-time warning.

    Archiving.
