Description:
Quite a few months ago, I traded with this guy named Noona. Throughout the months since, he's been a great help as a trade advisor, telling me whether to do a trade or not. Seeing him as a great trader & a person who can get good deals I asked him to broker my unusual for me. I had complete trust in him, and I wasn't worried in the slightest. He sent me a link to his outpost trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8821761) and said that he would try to sell it. We also agreed that I would tip him a few keys if he did sell it. Ten or so minutes later, I turned off my computer and went to eat dinner. When I returned about an hour later, he deleted me from his friends list.

That's the whole story. I would give chat screenshots but since he deleted me (and blocked me after I tried to add him) I can't get the chat cache. If there is any way I can, please tell me and I will do so.

I know I f✿✿✿ed up, trusting somebody who I do not know at all too much, and I know I probably won't get my hat back, but it would be something to see him get marked as a scammer.

If he added you you should have the chat cache. Check it.

Whole thing was a misunderstanding, I recently changed my name so he didn't recognize me after he removed me in his weekly friends list sweep. He then added me and gave me my hat back saying that turns out he wasn't allowed to broker it for me because I'm banned on outpost (using autobump script).

Is there any way I can close this thread?

As the matter was solved, I'll archive this.
