Description:
This guy adds me and seems to be interested in the unusual whoopee cap I had listed on Outpost. Turns out he is offering to change the effect on my hat (which is searing plasma) to a higher tier effect (like energy or sunbeams). I was a little confused at first and then caught on to what he was trying to do, which was to convince me to give him my hat, and he would change the effect and trade me back. Obviously he was just going to take my hat, then remove/block me. It seems there are 2 other reports on him, so I'm sure he will be banned soon, but here's more evidence.
