Found this guy through bazaar.tf, you can see in the first picture of our first communication/agreement. The agreement was that he would pay 12 dollars through paypal to my email after I traded him the Bill's Hat. In the second photo, he says "from bazaar.tf" but I cut it off on the top of the message window there. You can read the messages we sent together and the trade that took place is almost happening in the very same minute of time. I traded him the Bill's hat first, then he quickly says thanks and goes offline, since he removed me as a friend (do not have screenshot of the "thanks" or "offlin"e). Now I see that he's made his profile private not long after our trade. Here's what his profile looked like when it was public:

"Don't be a scammer!"

Thank you for your report. Do you have a screenshot of your inventory history, showing the Bill's Hat being traded away? Also, a screenshot of your paypal history, showing you did not receive the money? If you can provide those, we can move this report along.

Enough time has been given and the user failed to give the requested info.
