http://www.steamtrades.com/user/bakeddwarf is what I found with a Google search earlier. It'd be nice to have a reminder on all pages regarding that this isn't an end-all, be-all solution and that Google would help. Aggregating more results might make SteamRep better too.

This guy (http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198048694289) added me, and I'm pretty sure he tried to scam me. Here are some pictures.
The link he gave me was to some paper texture with writing on top, uploaded that as well.

Though he didn't scam me, he was very suspicious and it seems he scammed this person. I highly wish for this person to marked.
