    Description:
Basically, I was minding my own business, when what appeared to be an admin at tf2wh appeared before me and asked to trade. I told him that i never asked for a trade, but he insisted that I did a long time ago and that he was only now getting to it. I inquired that he was a real person, and not a bot, but he told me that the bots were down and that he was filling in. Reluctantly I believed him. I started pulling up items, and I told him how I was having trouble logging onto tf2wh. After a while of recommending things he asked for my password. I never gave it to him. Then he started begging for my "Genuine Balloonicorn", to which I repeatedly told him that it wasn't for sale. In the end, I was a fool and he got 10,280 credits worth of items from me. I know you may think I'm an idiot for believing him, and I'm not denying that. But he looked like an admin, so I believed him, and now I realize that it was a trick. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can you please take a screenshot of your inventory history showing you traded the items to him?

It doesn't make you a fool, sometimes these scammers get tricky. Please make sure you educate yourself on the practices of TF2WH (including their safeword process) so this doesn't happen again!

It appears that you have listed the actual TF2WH bots account. Could you please go back to your trade history and confirm the ID of who you traded with? Also i suggest that you enable the steam URL to appear when you look at a page on steam. you will find it under preferences > interface.

Thank you for your report, unfortunately you did in fact list the actual bot.
The best course of action for you to take is go to your trade history and retrieve the link.
Providing us with a screenshot of that history and of the persons profile or your chat with him would help immensely.

I'll leave this post in this area for a few hours, but if it isn't repaired, I'll have to mark it invalid.

Given that it's been 4 hours, I'm going to mark this thread invalid and move it. If you wish to re-report submit a new report.
