Description: I have used Jabroni several times to buy keys, metal for real world cash. I am cashing out of tf2 (so I have culled my friends list -- I don't want to be lured back into tf2) and asked if he would buy my liquidized stuff (I had sold most of my bp for keys, wanted to know if he would buy the keys). He did. Since I had used him several times before with no problem, I traded him, and he sent me paypal for $230.00.

Got a notice 3 weeks later (8 October) that my PayPal money was being chargedback. PP says that the buying didn't authorize the payment. I was pretty livid since it's Jabroni -- obviously he authorized it if he bought my keys. I called PayPal and challenged the chargeback, citing all of my previous cash transactions with that PP account, and they closed their investigation, giving me the money back, thankfully.

I confronted Jabroni about it next time we were both online, and you can see from the image that I uploaded what he had to say for himself. And while I feel sorry for him for being scammed (or so he claims), that doesn't give him the right to go and scam others just to make up for the loss. He claims that he was the one who cancelled the chargeback, but PP's email to me said that the resolution came via their investigation, not via the buyer's "cancelled chargeback." In the email copied below, Brian DeBaldo is Jabroni's Paypal ID -- anyone who has cash traded with him can verify this.

While I understand Jabroni's frustration over his (supposed) loss, his frustration would have cost me $230 had I not contested his chargeback with PayPal's security department.

    Jabroni: yeah
    |º /~\ |) |) `/: just wanted to follow up with you -- I wanted to see if you had any explanation for why you tried to charge me back from paypal, or if I should just report the attempted scam
    |º /~\ |) |) `/: I'm not trying to be beligerent -- just trying to give you a chance to give your side of the story before I do anything about it
    |º /~\ |) |) `/: no response? I thought you said you had a minute to chat...
Jabroni: i cancelled the chargeback though. I got chargedback and was upset. I've lost around $600 from chargebacks and I was sick of it. So i did that. I know it was wrong and that's why I cancelled it. You can report me i understand.
