Description: Randomly, when i was playing Garry's mod. I got a message from a guy called "pupuok".
He wrote that he would give an unusual for my TS Bill's hat, then we started to trade.
He placed a "Gift wrapped Killer Exclusive" in the trade, it was that "unusual" hat he was trying to offer for my Bill's hat.

I asked why he gift wrapped it. He wrote that he got it from his brother. I checked his backpack and found the gift wrapped Killer Exclusive, it says that he got it from himself, "Gift from: pupuok".

I felt like he was trying to cheat me. So i asked him politely to open the gift wrapped Killer Exclusive. He didn't seemed like to understand it, as he says he's from Russia..

After i asked, he didn't wrote anything back. I am 90% sure, that he was trying to scam me.
I don't feel like he deserves to go out and try to scam people that worked very hard for getting a specific item, like a Bill's hat.

I think you guys need to keep an eye on him..

I tried to use Google Translate, it says: "Killer Exclusive Unusual". Now i am 100% sure he was trying to scam me.
