Description: So yeah. I saw him on outpost, and he was buying buds, unusuals etc for paypal money. So i added him as fast as i can and he said that he will give me 110$ for my Buds and Peace Sign Jeepcap. Well then trade was kinda broken, so we waited till it fixes and he asked if i have sop rep, i said no. Then he said that i need to go first. I was ok about it, cause he had many +rep on his profile. I traded him the buds and unusual and he said "i transfered the money, have a good day" then deleted me from friends and blocked me. I checked my paypal balance and there was no payment. I even relogged, refreshed etc and after 30 mins there is no payment.
