    This is my second attempt, with the permission of BlueDemon.
    The first one was denied due to my appeal being too premature, hence i waited 6 months + -.

    I have been pulled to reason of my nasty actions, i know it's Steamrep's policy not to accept appeals just due to a "Change of heart", i actually, believe it or not, think this was a good opportunity, not being able to trade made me focus more on the gameplay of TF2, when you overlook hats, miscs etc. is really good currently considering going comp. Well, this was my appeal, sorry for the life story

    Sorry for the delay in addressing this appeal,
    Saying that, I do not see any note saying you can appeal again or at a later time. If you have such proof, please provide it.
    I will attempt to contact the admin but for now, I dont know how I am going to proceed.
