Description:
This user added me and said he was selling 2 games for tf2 keys they were Company of Heroes 2 pre order and resident Evil 6, I paid him 23 tf2 keys in total and trade went fine. (this was a few days ago) Today I noticed the games were missing from my inventroy, I check my inventory history nothing there and so I went back to the guys profile and see some scammer comments people have left.

So I have no idea whats going on, never seen anything like this before. The games have just vanished into thin air. Im guessing he maybe purchased them through a dodgy method and steam have just removed the games with no word to the victims, I have no idea whats going on.

I have raised a ticket with steam support and I am awaiting a response

Anybody came across this before?

Anything else you need for this?

he came back online a few days after the games were removed and I asked him about it, his reply was that his account was hacked and steam had just restored it, promptly after that he removed me deleted all the scammer comments on his profile
