I added this person who left a comment on the 'middleman''s steam page to ask about credibility:

Description:
He added me and offered me 90 dollars for an unusual Eerie O. Fire Geisha Boy (this is a rare hat; 1 of 2 on the market, and only a third one exists). I proceeded to add the middleman, shared the account details for the transfer with the 'buyer'. The deal was that I'd give the hat to the middleman, the buyer would pay, and then the middleman would give him the hat. But of course, they both blocked me as soon as I traded the hat.
They are probably the same person, if not accomplices.
