I finally decided to appeal against this as it has caused issues with trading various items that I have wanted. I have explained before to an Admin how the whole situation happened.

I purchased 2 keys from a website that I found off google as I needed them to buy something. This was during the time steam was having issues. Trading wouldn't function properly and I wasn't entirely aware. The bots from this website didn't trade me, this is when I opened a dispute, I later got the keys, the seller added me on steam later and reminded me about the dispute, I told him about the situation but he had already submitted a report at this point. I then tried to explain to him that I would end the dispute, but I wanted him to take down his reports against me. He then began to 'attempt' to insult me and blocked me. He wasn't bothered at that point as I was banned on steamrep. At this point the dispute had already escalated to a claim and was resolved very quickly in his favour before I could do anything about it.

Evidence will be required for admins to review your tag, or the appeal will be immediately rejected. PayPal history, item history, or any other relevant screenshots would be highly welcomed.

There is nothing else I can provide. What am I supposed to show them? That he blocked me? I never even thought I'd bother to appeal this. What is written is the truth, go ask the guy who created the report. He got his money.
