Desc:
On Outpost I was buying a white bills for 9 keys, so the scammer adds me saying he has a white bills. I didn't have 9 keys so I offered to give him metal and a hat to compensate. He says he'll take the keys and the hat. So I trade him and he puts up the hat. It didn't look like white so I went on OP and it showed up as being color No. 216 worth like 1 scrap IMO. I then tell him that it isn't white paint and he cancels the trade and unfriends me. I go on outpost and call him out on it. Then he insults and after that he says someone sold it to him for eight when he had a previous trade of him buying an unpainted bills for 8 keys. He then closes his trade on OP.

I am extremely sorry, the reason I was trying to scam was because someone scammed me for it. I was angry and wanted to resell it as a white bills. Can I please get this cleared, im not very familiar to the steam rep and I would at least like some help. Ive learned from my mistakes and I would just like this wiped.
