I forgive 'anxiety / mcm | Zenzu' because he seems like his apology was sincere and because he was desperate and gave me proof he was hacked and he wanted his unusual back.

I'm not sure if this will stop you from banning him, but I feel like if he actually was sincere that he doesn't deserve to be banned. Then again, I'm not sure if he was sincere. I'm only doing this because he gave it back and I feel like it's right because he genuinely didn't want to get banned. He apologized to me outside of this conversation, too, and I forgot to say that here.
