I have an ad on outpost for my Blizzardy Firewall, he offered me 70 Paypal with no middle man. With having no games on steam and only 29 hours on the game, i am suspecting he would try to scam me for my hat. Also, he had no rep on his steam account... Attempted scam

How do you know he was a scammer though?
Just because he has little reputation and hours and is trying to get a cash trade, doesn't mean you can jump to a conclusion that he's a scammer and report him.

he said "he wants to get back into tradeing" He has only 22 hours or whatever, he didnt mention an old account or anything...
