Around like a month ago the guy said he wanted to upgrade his scorching fez to my beams fez and he'd offer 28 keys, around 20 ref(full details of what I received will be posted as an image right from my steam trade history) and a last breath but all I know precisely is that he agreed to pay me 28 keys 3 ref back and around 1 week after that trade, he claims there is something wrong with his paycheck. Now he is always going in offline mode within seconds of me speaking to him and when I finally got a chance to talk to him, he is telling me to report him. I really don't think you need an admin to judge whether he needs to be a marked scammer or not after you see the evidence I have attached.

It's somewhat questionable if he should be marked based on the information provided.

You both did agree on what he'd have to pay you, but there was no date mentioned. All you ever said was "later", which literally could be any date. In the third picture, you stated that you would give him until January 25th. Note that he isn't obliged to give you a "placeholder", because that wasn't part of any previous agreement. Not to mention, the fact that he kept you on his list may mean that he will pay you back.

Nevertheless, I'll call in an admin to review this because I'm unsure.

I did so and he said it was fine and i didnt have to repay.

Also,what pretender said, i never recal saying any specific date that i would repay him.

Great. Evidence there that he has done this + I was being sarcastic. I wouldn't give a stranger 50ish bucks. Hurry up and mark him already FFS. The evidence and everything is right there and it's been months.
