I was browsing tf2outpost a couple of minutes ago and stumbled across a trade where somebody offered a supposed spine chilling skull 2011 for a Halloween unusual, having nothing better to do, I decided to check if he actually has one, and to my surprise, what he had instead was a spine cooling skull wrapped in gift wrap (which has a maximum value of 6 refined, far beneath a bud). The first picture shows what 69 wrapped in gift wrap, the second picture shows what a spine chilling skull 2011 looks like, the third picture confirms what skull he wrapped, the fourth picture confirms it's price, the fifth picture is the conversation me, the scammer, and the possible victim had where he attempts to deny claims of not having a spine chilling skull.
And finally, the last picture is just there to show that he was the one who originally wrapped it and therefore is aware of the contents.
I know he hasn't scammed anyone yet (to my knowledge) but this is a very clear attempt to scam someone, hopefully, something will be done against him.
