    well first it logged me out of my account so i tried re logging in and it said wrong password so then i clicked forgot password so it can send a code to my email after that i put the code in the steam box and it worked so then i quickly changed my email and steam password but my items were gone i looked into my trade history and the guy name heroyea http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198060401812 had all of my items after that i made a steam ticket to customer support and they granted my items back but after i got hijacked i was banned from tf2outpost trade banned and marked as a scammer on steam rep.

    I did the same thing and i got my items back. but im still marked as scammer on steam rep and trade banned and banned from tf2outpost.

    I don't speak for the SR staff, but it would be good to provide screenshots of the ticket you submitted to Steam Support verifying that you were indeed hijacked, and that you reclaimed your account back.

    Both Sari and Bluedemon have asked you to show screenshots of the ticket you made to Steam Support. This appeal won't go anywhere else without it.

    The most important bit of the screenshot guide shows what part of the ticket you should probably black out. Do show the entire ticket, though.

    Do you remember the email address you used for your support account? There is a password recovery option at the bottom of the sign in screen, as long as you remember the email, you should be able to get back into it.

    You should be able to reset the password for your Steam Support account. We cannot process your appeal without it. We cannot process your appeal without screenshots of your ticket.

    We have some requirements:
    - Screenshots of the steam support emails are NOT accepted.
    - Screenshots must show ALL replies of the ticket ON the Steam Support site from top to bottom
    - Screenshots must show the entire browser in the screenshots.

    You will have to edit out your personal information that could be mentioned by you in the ticket. You may have used this kind of information to Steam support that you are indeed the owner of that account, by knowing information that only the owner of that account could know.
    The things you need to block out are:
    - Block out: Credit Card or other payment information
    - Block out: Real name, address, phone numbers, those kind of things.
    - Block out: Steam Login name
    - Block out: CD keys, Steam activation codes, game activation code information etc.

    Blocking out is simple, open the image in a editing program like paint (Start menu, type "paint" and start that program, open the image with it or right-click the image wherever you have stored it, and select "edit").
