    According to him, and the strange history info he creates generated hats. At first I thought he was joking but the oddness of the item history seems weird. He received the hat around Aug 4th.
    He says he has to wait 13 days because of steamguard..
    Steamguard requires a 15 day wait, which means if he got the hat today, there was no way he could of traded for it because steamguard would not allow it.

    That means if all the info he told me is true, he really did generate a hat!
