Description:
I believe I may have stumbled upon a bunch of scammer alt's giving each other fake rep. I was 1st contacted by KaaHsiliing from a post on TF2OP (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2284636). He claimed to be selling Cubemen and Sonic 4 - Ep2, 2 games I've been looking for. I couldn't be online at the time, since the computer I was on didn't have steam, so I added him and told him I'd be on steam in an hour or two.

Once I get on steam, I see that Sneeza has already banned KaaHsiliing for being an alt of a scammer http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/97727

Once seeing this, I checked out KaaHsiliing steam profile and noticed that had had a bunch of +rep posts on his steam profile wall. The account is only a few days old, and seemed a bit odd to have a bunch of +rep of game key trades (see pic #1)

Once investigating the +rep DaViD :X gave, I noticed he didn't have Sid Meyer's Civilization in his game library (see pic # 3). Additionally, he had both garry's mod and garry's mod 13 in his game library before he posted the +rep, the achievements accomplished in the games occurred well before the +rep was posted. (see pic #4 and #5)

Can't really investigate The WaLL || NuTriCula., since I don't know what game he claimed to have received from KaaHsiliing as he didn't specify, but it seems fishy since all the other rep posted on KaaHsiliing's wall appears to be bogus.

Once investigating vIP AZoOoTAA (who is already tagged as a scammer, with many scammer alt's), he doesn't have MW2 in his game library when thanking KaaHsiliing for MW2 (see pic #8)

When game keys are normally traded, and +rep is given for the game key you were promised working. As the receiver would know the game keys are legit. All of these +rep for game keys seem fake to me, sine none of the receivers end up with the games in their library.

Additionally, DaViD :X has a high number of scammer friends, The WaLL || NuTriCula. has a high number of scammer friends and is marked with a caution tag for being a scammer broker, and vIP AZoOoTAA is already marker as a scammer with may alts. I believe all 4 of these accounts mentioned in this reports are either alts or working together to scam.

You may want to get Sneeza involved as he already banned KaaHsiliing from TF2OP, knowing that he is a scammer alt, and may have additional information.

KaaHsiliing/eeeh is aware of this report (asking why I reported him on my wall: http://i48.tinypic.com/35c4rj8.jpg)

Which is probably why he took down the +rep posts in question
