Description:
Guy randomly added me because he wanted a trade (his 1 ref strange for my 20 key strange festive knife). I said no and closed the window pretty quick (don't have that part of the chat).

Then he starts threatening me that if I don't give him the knife or Bill's Hat, it will "end badly".

I ask him to elaborate, and eventually he claims to be a Steam Admin and will ban my account if I don't give him the Bill's Hat.
