Story:
Had my last Max Head I wanted to get rid of, so this guys offers to buy it from me. At first I was a bit skeptical but then again this was a level 1 Max Head so I really didn't care about it since nobody ever offers anything good for it anyways. I would have eventually raffled it off at tf2r, so might as well have taken a chance, heh.

As you can see in the screenshots, I give him the Max Head, and then a bit later he went offline. He didn't remove me from his friend's list so I assumed that his internet cut out; I had this happen to many people before with all of the trading I've done in the past so I wasn't too worried.

Sure enough, about 30 seconds later he came back and said that his internet had crashed. We talk for a bit more, and then he goes offline again. I checked my friends list, and this time he did remove me from the list, and thus the conversation has stopped in the third screenshot.

Quite an odd fellow, coming back after an internet crash but then leaving for good a while later. Anyways, this concludes my scammer report, thank you for reading.

Could you please submit a screenshot of your trading history and paypal proving non payment (omit personal information)?
Have you tried to contact the user via readd or a mutual friend? Hopefully it can be resolved.

On the first chatlog picture, why does it say on his nickname "Selling 1 bud"? You're selling him a maxhead, weren't you? And on your paypal history image, why did you blur out the names of payments from? As far as we know, one of the payments could have been from the guy you're claiming scammed you. I understand you want privacy and stuff like that, but payments from isn't something really needing to be blurred out. (Unless you want to hide a few payments from certain sites that provide something a bit more erotic. heh.)

Raipho made no attempt to defend himself or claim that he did indeed send me the money via PayPal.

Much better, I sincerely hope he gets the trade ban he deserves now. Or at least a marking as SR SCAMMER so that people decide not to trade with him. Just so you know, I found this by your comment on one of his trades, I was planning on buying his Scotland cape, but decided not to. Even though my trade would have been 100% safe, it slows their (their = scammers, not just Raipho.) profiting, by making their trades more rare. You are credit to team for reporting him.

Any progress on this? I realize that the SteamRep admins are most likely busy, but it would be nice to get a confirmation or something similar.
