This guy attempted a " rigged"/ "Fake" Bills hat raffle by asking the Owner of a raffle Group which i'm a member of.

The proof shows clearly what happend so i don't need to explain a thing.
This guy is also a Admin on Another raffle Group and i fear might rig raffles there too.
Please , take time and look at the proof.
