Well there's not too much to tell after the pics the guy sold me a beta gift copy which he solicited as the full game and i bought it and the trade history is in the chat for reference. When I wanted a refund after finding out it didn't work he tried putting the blame elsewhere and unfriended me so i thought i would come here for some peace since steam didn't do anything about it after i reported him.

also this happened i don't even know how. This is like pure luck like 1 in a million but he lies about the bills and there's the proof again that i threw at him

Reports are investigated from the earliest to the latest, so bumping will not help. It has been a couple of months, but there is a large backlog of reports tackled by only a handful of admins. Rest assured that your report will be investigated, but more patience will be needed.
