What is happen is that I receveid a chat request from a random guy by a group that I know very well, this group :
http://steamcommunity.com/groups/netturbini , that seems me pretty trustable.
I accepted and he just linked me the usual fake link to get free games (I dont link here for safety, but I ll show in picture) and closed the just me very fastly, going offline apparently. When I opened his profile to report, I realized that he already changed his name and pic, and even we DONT HAVE ANY GROUP IN SHARE.

So, this is what is real happens:
1) he join this group
2) he choose a nickname trustuble (the group is italian so he had an italian nickname, maybe trying to impersonicate somebody else in that group
3) he random chat requested some guy that share the group (maybe all or just the "richer")
4) he spamms his phishlinks
5) then fastly he leave the group and close the chat, so u see it as "offline" but he is still online
6) he change nickname and picture
7) next group.....

So, because he got 0 hours played and 0 friends and also his backpack is private, I think this is an alt of a professional scammer/hacker and he using it to spamm phishlinks. He is still not marked.
