What happened? Description:

The victim was scammed out of his Miami Nights Crone's Dome. The scammer used one of his secondary accounts, showed someone else's reputation and then ran with the hat without paying.​

Provide Evidence:

Unfortunately this is a rather complicated one because of how many accounts he's using. The first thing that I'll say is that I'm trying to report him on Outpost but I've been informed that they're going to stop taking scam reports now. I apologise in advance for pressing ahead with this on not patiently waiting but he's still running rampant and needs to be looked at urgently. Before presenting evidence, please note that that account was marked for imitating and using Cam's SourceOP reputation thread for money purchases. I have conclusive proof of him now lying about money purchases. At the bottom of this report is evidence of him using such a scam to steal a Miami Nights Crone's Dome.

To begin, please consider this trade of his. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17913764 Now please see this screenshot that I got of it when it was created (note the times). http://i.imgur.com/bM731jJ.jpg (He keeps changing his Steam name, picture and even his "real" name and country on his Steam profile.) Please note that the suspected main account above does this with his dozens of accounts. Each is made to look real. He needs an urgent check because he's likely to be another account that's being used for that purpose.

That picture shows his claim of having bought "100+" keys on Outpost. He claims to have done this at the time of creating that trade. That's his first such trade. It is a lie. Regarding his claim of having SourceOP reputation, I'm looking by going to his SR page ( https://steamrep.com/?id=76561198070840012 ) and checking for it ( https://www.google.com.au/?gfe_rd=c..._rd=cr#q=76561198070840012 inurl:sourceop.com ). However, I'm not seeing it. Also, please note his response to the first offer on that buying (keys with money) trade. He was simply asked for his reputation, to which he responded by abusing the potential customer and refusing to show it.

Why do I believe that that is his main account? Unfortunately he has deleted the accounts on his list of Steam friends, but I made a particular note of those ones being there when we discovered him. I noted it on his trade. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17898071 He's being, aside from suspicious, very defensive regarding what he paid. He keeps promising proof and reputation but, when asked for any, absolutely raging at the people asking.

He's quite clearly showing here that he isn't a real account by being from two different countries. In addition, he has already used someone else's reputation thread to scam that Miami Nights Crone's Dome. I also apologise for not uploading those images directly from my computer but they are from multiple different people and, as you can see, currently hosted on different websites. To summarise the above, the victim has admitted that he was scammed out of his hat and the scammer is now running rampant. To conclude, I just want to apologise for asking this, but please consider investigating this one quickly. He's not just a one-off scammer but is running around, having absolutely no trouble scamming and flipping, all the while bragging on his Outpost trades, abusing confronters, calling them "envy" and then simply blocking them and continuing. I also apologise for any problems with the above format but it's very difficult to tell this complicated story concisely.​

I already attached my pictures but the rest are right there in the report. He blocked me on Outpost and Steam because he knew that I was after him. I didn't have any private Steam conversations with him because he is hiding from me. I already said that he blocked me. Bleemus got ahold of the victim on Steam, who said that BurningUS stole the Miami Nights Crone's Dome. Synister's picture shows that intentional deception in his Steam profile. Blue Screen of Death has already done a check of his Outpost account.

The pictures that I got and am able to upload are already uploaded there. If you'd like to complete forget all about the stolen Miami Nights Crone's Dome and his hundreds of other accounts then mine alone shows a complete lie on his Outpost profile, where he claimed to have sold "100+" keys before having used Outpost. I have attached a screenshot showing that he claimed this at 8:53pm, which is the time when he made that trade. Look at his other Outpost trades and see that that's his first such trade. The other two are just ones that he made a little bit earlier and are only selling the stolen hat.

Sorry but the screenshot of the chat agreement is vital for this case.
