Summary:
Pewdiepie adds me to discuss a PayPal price for my unusuals listed here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7551690#/27396434. We talk for a while and then agree on a price of $330 for the Cheiftains and $100 for the cannonball. At this point I check his steamrep and find that he isn't marked. I then checked his profile and noticed that it was only just created on September 9th, and this immediately raised some red flags. At this point I decide to play along with what seems to be a Scammer-alt. He instructs me that he's found a middleman (Cevapcic) and that he needs to take my hats, and Cevapcic would give me the funds. Well aware that this was a scam attempt, I took screenshots and then blocked both parties. No items were lost in this attempted scam, but it was a scam nonetheless. I have no doubt that SteamRep will handle this accordingly.
