Description: He claimed to be an f2p to get free stuff, and I fell for it, but then I caught him trying to scam others on a trade server. He openly admitted he had scammed me on the TBNGC chillout/trade server, so I confronted him.

Hi there, you need screenshots of the chat logs, if not then your claim will be rejected.

If I had any screenshot software and if I hadn't blocked him, I could get you enough evidence to get him banned from every official trade server, but sadly, I don't.I'm sorry if this causes an inconvenience.

you dont need screen shotting software, its right there its on your computer. print screening/ PRTSC

There is no need to have one - you can take a screenshot using PrtScn button on your keyboard and then paste it to Paint or other image editor.
