I was asking for offers on my unusual Hotrod on tf2outpost.com, he offered 50 British Pounds. He then said it wasn't over PayPal, but "Steam Wallet Funds", so I added him to talk about it some more
Nothing happened in the trade windows, I just put the Hotrod up so he could see it. The only reason I kept it going so long was to check out the email and see if I could get more evidence to convict him with.
