The person added me offering 165 dollars from my outpost trade (Where I explicitly stated B/O was 110$). Clearly I knew this was a scam attempt. The scammer tried to make me go first because of my low sourceOP rep, bragging of his own fake profile reputation. Profile reputation is filled with repeating fake reputation from friends and even himself. The scammer has 20 hours or so.
Above user scammed me out of a bunch of stuff, talked him into paying first for part of it, but as soon as he got the chance to go first he ran with the rest. His user rep is surrounded by people who he sells things so, requesting rep for everything, usually because it's a cheap sale of a scammed item. He sharks TF2 outpost making large cash offers on items by randomly adding the player and refusing to make any posts. http://steamcommunity.com/id/NoFloco/ previously received a similar scam offer of $650 for his unusual (has since been removed as a C/O on the OP listing after I asked him about it). This guy is a definite paypal scammer who hides behind his rep from immediate flipping of the items he scams for.
