prove it was the trade you made with me that caused the restriction.its probably some shady scamming you done before.

And as result of my post here ... He added me from his alt account that is all ready marked and proposed me a deal.

Mr. Toast has accused me with Stealing his C/O's on a Tf2Op trade, even though they've been offered to me previously.
All I'm trying to tell is he lied once, so he's not that trustworthy in my opinion.

I've accused you on Outpost what does that have to do with my charge back against a scammer ? And you can link your outpost trade here so everyone can see why i accused you for.
You still didn't prove me or anyone else that you had those offers. What did i lie with ? I just pointed to everyone that the offers you had written in the op where fake , you lied , that was my point.
I can not provide the link to your trade as i am now restricted on outpost till this "problem is solved". Tho i would happily provide it if i can.

As an SR admin, I have to go strictly by the evidence and show no partiality to either party. The evidence here shows that not only did the chargeback not go through, but it was only initiated after the user's account was put in jeopardy by the original poster. Because of this, it falls outside of the guidelines of inappropriate Paypal chargebacks. Therefore I am marking this report as rejected. I highly recommend that all parties are more careful about their trading practices in the future.
