Don't know what alt he is but if you guys can trace it and megaban it, that'd be great. First report, be easy on me if I didn't read the rules right.

Steamrep isn't Valve. They cannot ban people from Steam.
They only keep track of what accounts are known as scammers and the likes so players can reference this when they check people out.

http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198073680707-dr-watson-3.12867/ is another instance with this same user attempting a quickswitch. Same thing. He asked to add weapons, then performed the switch and got caught in the act.

Since this is the second caution-worthy report of the same type against this user, I am upgrading the tag to full scammer.
