I have many good trades in profile reviews . I add now this user and want to give keys what he lost , but he ignore me. Can now if steamrep think too price big for this hat can give keys back for hat.

I can confirm that he gave me back 10 keys to make up the difference between the sale price (55.68, 23.3 keys at current market price of 2.39) and the actual value of 12-13 keys. It does appear that it could legitimately be a language barrier issue, and that the hat had the description when he bought it. That's all I really can say about it. Thanks.
