Description: This guy scams me in that trade, lying that I will get the courier when I activate the tournament ticket, when in reality you only get it if you buy it. Found him on TF2 Outpost, conducted the entire conversation on that chat.
Later found out this piece of news that states that you only get the courier when you buy the ticket:
