Description:
I met this guy when I lent a hat out to one of his friends. He added me and asked if he could lend a hat. I was feeling nice that day, so I decided to lend him something not worth much, a dirty Fancy Fedora. After a few days, he messaged me again, asking if he could borrow another hat. I told him that he had to return my fedora, and that I would take one of his hats as collateral. We do the trade, and then he claims that he did not receive his end of the trade. I ask him to set his backpack to public so that I can see if the trade did not go through, but he refuses.

After a few weeks, he asks about my upgrade to premium gift. I ask him to return the hat, but he does not comply.

They went by the same steam name and he started off with the same scam attempt that had worked in the previous "gifting v. bills" thread.
