Description: couldn't get a perfect picture of what he was trying to do. but basically he quick swapped an unusual out for a regular hat, sober stuntman, level 99, stormy storm. he was offering to buy my bubbling whoopee, but refused to pay actual currency items which would have been cheaper. so i was wary, and saw him quick swap it out for a regular one. as soon as i said something, he removed me without another word and closed the trade, sadly before i could get a screen shot. i had hoped that he wasn't trying to scam, but he obviously is. I've also seen a few other reports of this.

Unfortunately due to lack of more evidence, the most I can do is mark him with a caution. However, two more threads on this guy have been marked with Needs More Information so we may get more on him. Thank you for the report.
