Scammer stole my Unusual Executioner, with Knifestorm effect, and is now trying to sell it in TF2 Outpost.​

I originally put it up on TF2 Outpost, to see how much I could get from it. Scammer added me as a friend, and he offered me 1000 US dollars to my PayPal account. He promised to give the money after we trade. Well, I gave him all the necessary info, we traded, and then he logged out without me receiving any money whatsoever. Then he blocked all contact with me in Steam.​

He received the hat, and I received nothing. Now he's trying to sell it on TF2 Outpost. I think we've got a case here.​
