Today I was robbed, a man came and offered me Unsual Big Elfin Deal and 3keys, I clicked the exchange, I checked the object and accepted the exchange, he also. I don't know how but he swapped his Unsual Big Elfin Deal for a simple cap (Big Elfin Deal) and left 3 keys.
This is screen from my inventory and conversation with this cheat. What can be done in this situation? I was robbed on 10 keys

nfortunately I don't have, normal no one does screenshots and film form exchange. Otherwise I'm not stupid and I know what it is worth and what I got. I got 40 keys and rather I know what how much is worth it. If they put unique hat and 3 keys that and I know of that, I don't agree of this. He put unsual and 3 keya, and some unknow way I got a simple cap and 3 keys If I knew that there are ways, I'd do screenshots or film from this exchange. The only evidence is this what I've got in EQThe cheater immediately after the exchange has changed the name/nickname on:
